By downloading, installing, or using Ant ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Ant is a social habit-tracking application that allows users to create habits, invite friends to join habit groups, and track group completion. The App is provided on an "as is" basis.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Ant. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when creating your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Not share your account with others or create multiple accounts

5. User Conduct

You agree not to use the App to:

• Harass, bully, or intimidate other users
• Send spam, unsolicited messages, or abusive content
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data

6. Content

You retain ownership of any content you post through the App, including messages and habit data. By posting content, you grant Ant a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute that content within the App for the purpose of providing the service.

7. Privacy

Your use of Ant is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the App's settings.

9. Limitation of Liability

Ant is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the App. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
